What are some photography tips for a beginning photographer and what are ways to get the pictures noticed?

im sort of i guess a beginning photographer. ive taken pics of flowers, vintage cars, animals, and scenary around my house. my dad loves my pictures and thinks i should put them out there to get noticed. any tips for things to be photographed and ways to get my photography out there would be great! thanks! *if you would like to see some pictures email me at smrtchic7@yahoo.com*

There are several sites out there that allow you to upload your photos for sale.





A lot of people take nature shots and that will make you the same as everyone else. Do your own thing and take new, creative pictures.

Reply:the best way to get your photography noticed when you're new (or even if you have a lot of experience) is start up a myspace just for your photography.

i've been doing photography for years now and now i'm just starting to sell my photography and photo art work. my best advise to you is just to keep taking pictures and asking for advise. take criticism, good and bad, is always a good thing.

Read many photography books and magazines for tips, there is no fast solution to knowledge and experience. I have studied photography for years, I teach it, plus done many courses and followed fashion photographers. It is a real hard business.
