with gimp,how do you change the background of your picture to a picture u have saved on your computer like flowers or sumthing?

I guess you mean how to open an image.


Option 1:


Click and drag the image to the GIMP Main Window.





Option 2:


File%26gt;%26gt;Open. Find you file and open it.
