This is a technique called photo popping. I would suggest to search google using "photo pop" as the search criteria. You'll get a lot of hits on how to do this easily or harder.
How do I take a picture and make it black and white but leave the flower pink?? Please help!!!!?
Sometimes the camera has preset options that allow you to leave everything black-and-white, and only certian objects to be red, yellow, pink, orange, or whatever color it lets you choose.
It depends on what camera you have, yours may not be able to do it.
Also, you can check out computer programs, such as Jasc Paint Shop Pro, or Adobe Photoshop. I reccommend Photoshop, its easy-to-use and you can get it almost anywhere, such as Wal-Mart.
If your camera does not have that option, you may need to purchase Photoshop.
Hope this helps!
Reply:select the flower using the lasso tool.
Then invert the lasso so the rest of the pic is selected and the flower is not.
Then adjust the color of the pic using the values/shades options.
Reply:Never heard of the term "color popping" but here's how I do it (and teach it)

Reply:Get a program like photoshop
Then outline the flower with a tool like the lasso tool, invert the outline then make it grayscale
Reply:Use a paint program such as Photoshop. You could also do that with PaintShop Pro and probably Photoshop Elements
Use bonner's technique in any of the programs
Reply:photoshop
