Like for example a picture of my daughter beside some flowers, I have seen where the picture is in black and white but the flowers are still in color, is there special photo software for that?

Reply:Photoshop - use a grayscale overlay, but mask over the portions you want to keep colored.
Reply:Any decent image editing software will have the capability to do that. I highly recommend GIMP, which is a free open source image manipulation program. However, if you're willing to shell out $600, photoshop will work well too.
Reply:you should try adobe photoshop - i have the "elements" version which is much cheaper but it still works really well for black and white with color as well as tons of other stuff!
